The experience begins with a short briefing on the soft coastal sands near Swakopmund. After being fitted with a harness and glider, you wait for the right breeze, warm and steady as it flows inland from the sea.
The moment your feet leave the ground, gravity seems to disappear, replaced by the freedom of flight. The glider catches the wind perfectly, lifting you gently into the air. Soon you are gliding silently over the desert dunes, shaped by centuries of wind.
